The Common Fence Point Improvement Association (CFPIA) is pleased to announce that we have received a grant from the Merritt Neighborhood Fund, a program of the Aquidneck Land Trust. The purpose of the grant is to create a pocket park at the intersection of Oakdale and Norwood Boulevards. The CFPIA proposed to transform the unused lot into a park to provide an area for passive recreation including a small trail for bird watching and a park bench for resting or bird watching.
